Halloween 2012 Toy Story Costume Review

This is the second year that I have been lucky enough to work with a company to review Xay’s Halloween costume.

With so many characters running through his toddler size brain deciding what he wanted to be was a challenge. He is into Thomas the Train, Spongebob, Lighting McQueen, and of course Woody & Buzz.
I fell into Anytime Costumes and was excited by the choices there were even costumes for those adults out there that still rock costumes (simply ain’t that…brave?).
When it comes to things like costumes I like the simplicity that internet shopping allows. Their website was simple to navigate and after many different choices Xay was offered the choice between a Thomas the Train Engineer or Toy Story.
The Toy Story costumes won.
Delivery was quick it took about 8 days to get to the old house. It was packed well and I was very pleased.
The Woody costume itself was polyester and had boots that were shoe slips, bandanna, hat, and one piece jump suit. It isn’t fancy made like some costumes out there but it melts his little heart and that’s all that matters. We are planning on getting him a toy pistol for the gun holder on his hip most likely from the dollar store down the street.
We decided to snap a few pictures before Halloween and share them with you all so you know what the costume looked like on a real person.
Disclosure: I am participating in the Costume Reviewers program and have been provided with a costume in exchange for posting my honest opinion about the product.
