Blah, okay so you all know nothing that has happened since Thurs. so I guess we will start there.

Thursday night: I got to B.R.J.D.C. (Breathitt Regional Juvenile Detention Center) they had me stripped treated me for head lice even though at the time I didn't have any and made me take a shower. The clothes consisted of a plain maroon t-shirt, sweat pants, sports bra, socks, and granny panties, oh and maroon flip-flops. After I was dressed they made me fill out a bunch of papers took finger prints, gave me one phone call and put me in a holding cell (isolation).

Friday: Friday morning they woke me up at 6:30am, gave me breakfast. A couple hours later (they tend to forget you when your in isolation) they came back and had me take my bedding (two sheets, a blue blanket, and a brown blanket) and my hygiene basket (contact case, contact solution, hair brush, tooth brush, shave cream (yeah couldn't use that), bar of soap, tooth paste, and deodorant) and moved me down to unit 100. Unit 100 consisted of 9 girls + me, and and 3 boys. When I got in there I had to make my bed, put my hygiene basket into the hygiene cabinet, and come out and sit at a table a read ONLY a orientation rule books that is app. 6 pages. So we had lunch, gym time (couldn't do anything there had to read the book over and over), rec room time, dinner, we had had church the Couch Family and John came and done church which I cried all the way through finally Ms. Nickels took me out and let me cry it out and talked to me and then gave me letters Melody, Mom, and Ducky wrote to me. I handle every good after that. After all that was done we got a phone call (app. 5mins I told mom to bring the marriage certificate so I could see Ducky), shower (app. 10mins), and bed.

Saturday: They woke us up at 7:00am we had to fully clean our room (walls, sink, toilet, floor, desk, shelves, bed, and hygiene basket), then we had breakfast, again I could not participate in any activities (gym, movies, etc.) because that I had not tested out of orientation. Visitation was great it was at 3:30pm mom and Ducky came. Oh my God I was so happy to see Ducky and talk to him it just made everything go a lot smoother then rest of the time. But the hour went by real quick. So yeah the day was pretty much the same as the last. Clean, Breakfast, study, visitation, gym (study), lunch, study, phone call, shower, bed.

Sunday: Ha! A guy who knew my family and had watched me grow up from like the time I was 8 waked me up early to fold clothes. He told me I was the last person he expected to see in there (many people told me that. So yeah, we cleaned our room (regular clean meaning the same as above minus the beds and walls. We always had to have the beds made though), went to breakfast, went to church, I tested out of orientation (yay I could talk to people!!!!), went to lunch, had day room rec, went to gym, visitation (Mom was the only one who came because Ducky slept and missed it). Now here's where things got down right depressing for me. They started checking heads for head lice. One girl had them real bad, two girls had a few nits, then me. They check my head and as it turns out I have somehow gotten head lice while I was in there. So I get put back into isolation. Damn it all. There is no window and they seriously will tell you they will be back in a few minutes and come back in a few hours. So I had to clean my whole room out in Unit 100 and go once again strip and do a lice treatment and then change and got back to that damn holding cell. So yeah I got lunch, dinner, a phone call at 8:00pm, and then bed after that. I was almost asleep when the intake worker brought me letters from mom, ducky, kendra, and ricky and a picture of ducky and me. So yeah that helped matters a lot.

Monday: Court day. They woke me up at 6:30, fed me breakfast about 7:30, Made me clean my room with clorox, gave me my clothes to change into, gave me all my stuff and at 9:00 Daniel (a Sheriff's deputy) came and picked me up and took me to court. I waited 50 minutes before my mom and father came in and then another 30 minutes before the judge came. Patrick O'Neill was my attorney. for that time only and Brendon Miller was the Prosecuting attorney. So yeah they had mom and father testify and I almost got sent back because of father and mom didn't help because some of the things she meant well by but it was twisted to be used against her. So yeah Brendon pushed to have me sent back and Patrick pushed to have me released so the judge thought it over and I was released. But father said that if it wasn't for mom he would have had me sent back and so I now do not claim him as my dad. He is nothing to me. I am not supposed to have unnecessary contact with Ducky, nor am I allowed out of the house after dark with anyone unless my parents are with me. So yeah

I go back to court on the 14th of July so I don't know what will happen after that.
